		<description>Yes, through the MSS environment, the Manager can actually see their budget amount and it being deducted as it is being spent. If he/she has people with different currencies than the budget currencies, SAP will automatically do a conversion of currency and deduct it accordingly. Pretty neat stuff.</description>
