Management Global Employees (MGE) functionality is a subset of the Concurrent Employment functionality (CE) found under the PA modules since SAP 4.7 extension II. It allows the concept of a central person and a person could have more than one PERNR.

Kevin,
First off I would like to thank you for the wonderful document you wrote regarding MGE. We implemented a basic version of MGE at my company and now we are interested in using the infotypes that MGE provided. It was my understing that if you do the mapping that I/T 706 will create I/T 14 or 15 with the wage types specified. I am not having any luck accomplishing this, can you tell me what I need to do to have this happen?
Thanks!
Margaret
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for the wonderful document on MGE. We are implementing the basic version of MGE as a part of our global implementation of PA and OM modules for 10+ countries. We are working in ECC6.0. I can’t see the IMG path you mentioned in the document for MGE i.e. IMG – Personnel Management – Management of Global Employees. Is the IMG path different in ECC6.0? Please guide.
Thanks again.
