I’ve once again decided to re-work my website design and this time, try to incorporate the many blogs and other sites I have into one for easier maintenance.

The original website started back in the mid 1990’s as smilepak.com, a site dedicated to HK POP STARS pictures and biographies. Through the years, the site has transform into a dialup and high-speed technical support site used by thousands of technical support agents across the United States. It hosted walkthroughs, voodoo fixes, and many other technical related help for the average Joe to follow and understand. At the same time it was valued by technical support agents from Earthlink, AOL, and many other ISP across the US as a knowledge sharing site. At the peek popularity of the technical support site, it was averaging over a few thousands unique hit a day, which wasn’t too bad in the 90’s. Since then, technology has advances too quickly and my career has started to kick off. As the result, smilepak.com was taken down due to lack of updates and old information.

After many years of it being down and a few resting vacations, I’ve gathered some pictures to share with everyone. I’ve started in the hobby of taking pictures for fun in my spare time while I travel across U.S. consulting SAP HCM.

With that, this website has been reborned into two of my current interests, Photography and SAP. Around this site you will have a few pictures I’ve taken from places I’ve visted and people I’ve met. In addition, I would like to share with you the knowledge and information I’ve come across in the realm of SAP. Feel free to browse around and drop me an email letting me know what you think.
